Mr. Chow
The first time I saw the home of Michael and Tina Chow in the pages of Vogue I was a teenager, and it completely mesmerized me. Not until I happened upon it again recently did I realize the profound impact it had on my sensibilities. I love the unapologetic luxury, the spareness, the way its elegance is only enhanced by everyday use. Is it a coincidence that the art, so casually displayed, also happen to be by my favourite artists Helmut Newton, Basquiat and Twombly?
